We are fully insured and our cleaners are regularly assessed to ensure their work is to the highest standard. All Staff have current aged care police checks.

Commercial Premises

Our team of cleaners are fully trained in cleaning commercial premises.

We are fully insured and we conduct cleaning audits every 3 months to ensure your property is looking its very best.

We are also able to provide maintenance of the area outside your office e.g. windows and gardens and keep your car parking area free of leaves and debris.

We can give you an obligation free quote any day, any time.

We specialise in cleaning for the elderly and we can provide “the works”. You may no longer be able to make your windows sparkle, or keep on top of your gardening but we can.

Our trades staff are fully qualified and insured.

Domestic Squalor

Our teams of cleaners are specially trained to work in homes where the occupants are defined as living in domestic squalor.

What is domestic squalor? The dictionary definition refers to conditions that are filthy, unclean or foul through neglect. This usually results from a person’s failure to remove household waste and other rubbish including papers, wrapping, food products, cooking waste, containers and broken or discarded household items. As a result the living environment is unclean, unsanitary and in many cases, dangerous.

What's involved? An assessment of the premises using the environmental cleaning and clutter scale takes place to establish how much time is required and the level of squalor.

A cleaning schedule is put together indicating the time required to complete each area. A team of cleaners attend (under the direction of a team leader). All areas are cleaned; each household item is individually assessed as to its grade e.g. Rubbish, non perishable, valuables, legal and non recoverable.

The client may choose to be involved in the process or may not wish to be present.
