Here it is, May already, how fast the months fly. Autumn already, won’t be long before we are in our winter woollies.

Our rollator sales are going really well. We now have 6 agents offering in- home demonstrations. Tom and Sally are our leading sales reps for April. Congratulations Tom and Sally. Have you seen the amazing rollators?? Go to www.rollators.com.au. We are looking for agents in Qld. W.A, NT, TAS and all regional areas. Please call if you are interested. We offer great commissions on sales.

Squalor cleaning is on the rise again, Squalor cleaning is defined as people who live in severe domestic squalor i.e.: dirty, unclean and cluttered conditions, which present health and safety risks to themselves and care workers.

Squalor cleaning is my passion. I love being able to help people turn their lives around and make a difference. We never judge these people, we just love to help them.

In the past 12 months we have completed 30 squalor cleans (or special cleans as we prefer to call them). The results have been amazing! 29 of the 30 have kept their homes in good condition since their clean up, with the help of government funded programs such as HACC and Veterans, arranging ongoing domestic cleaning assistance, once per fortnight, to support the client.

Clean N Care Team Trivia…
A few months ago some of the office staff and their friends decided to go to Trivia on Thursday nights to test our knowledge and skills. It has been a fun time and it is amazing what you know or don’t know when put on the spot. We all have our different areas of expertise – of course my area is cleaning, (and do they ask many cleaning questions? – No!) .

On 15th April our team won round 1 and round 2 the prize was $50 per round so we made $100 for the night. We will donate that to charity.
The week before, we won the speed trivia, the prize – a key ring. We are keeping it. Going to Trivia has helped us bond as a group and I have noticed that everyone is taking more notice of current affairs.

Key Lock Boxes:
Have you seen our key lock boxes? They are really good for the elderly living alone. We have a team of handy men installing them and we keep the codes on a secure register at the office. Key Lock Boxes make it easy for nurses and support staff to access client’s homes and keeps the client’s homes secure. It astounds me how many elderly people leave their doors unlocked!! They fear if assistance is needed, the ambulance won’t be able to access their home, if the door is locked.

Anyway, till next time, keep snug and happy !
